Are you a Clutterholic?

When someone contacts us for help with their de-cluttering, they have usually reached a point, maybe after several years, where they realize that they can't de-clutter and organize their home on their own.

They may have had friends and family offer to help them - maybe even taken up that offer, but realized that they need some impartial, expert advice from someone who has seen and heard it all before, can reassure them that they CAN clear their clutter, give them the guidance, advice and ongoing support that they need, and most importantly help them find a place to start so they can get a sense of progress and start to see light at the end of the tunnel in relation to clearing their clutter and getting organized at last.

Our clients approach to de-cluttering and organising their homes, whether they are doing it on their own or with one to one help from a Clutter Consultant, generally fall into 3 main groups:
1.    Those who embrace a new way of doing their de-cluttering, trusting the process, seeing results and continuing the momentum that is begun, asking for help as they continue to repeat it until it becomes a new habit.

2.    Those for whom contemplating life without clutter is hard to imagine and therefore unintentionally sabotage the process or refuse to trust in it, finding fault, excuses and diversions wherever possible.

3.    Those who are used to understanding how something works before trying it yet feel the fear and take our advice anyway, allowing themselves to have the experience of success and consequently learn how to clear the clutter, make the decisions and begin to move towards a clutter free life.

Which of the above do you think you are?

We’ve devised a way for you to find out if you’re a Clutterholic with a series of questions.

These are questions that we’ve developed as a result of our extensive experience of working with and talking to people with clutter, so if you answer yes to any or all the questions take comfort that you are perfectly normal and we CAN help you with your clutter.
